Information about Beaches other than the main ones
This page provides short descriptions of several beaches which are large enough to be shown and sometimes named on Boracay maps, but which are not among the main Tourism beaches.
Some of the items in this table are links to pages which contain additional information about particular businesses Click those individual links for details.

Lagutan Beach - Located on the Eastern side of the island, South of Bulabog Road. Reachable by road from Boracay's Main Road, and possibly by footpath from Bulubog and Tulubhan beaches. A sometime boat mooring area overlooked by a seawall.
Tulubhan Beach - Located on the Eastern side of the island, South of Lagutan Beach. Reachable by road from Boracay's Main Road, and possibly by footpath from Lagutan Beach. Paradise Bay Resort shares this beach with several private houses.
Tambisaan Beach - Located on the Southeastern side of the island. This is the main terminus for boat arrivals and departures during Boracay's wet season -- approximately from sometime in July or August to sometime in September or October. Reachable by a paved road which intersects the Main Road.
Puka Beach - Located on the Northern side of the island, and site of the Puka Grande Restaurant.
Punta Bunga Beach - The Northernmost beach on the Western side of the island, located at the northern end of the Main Road. Essntially a private beach and home of The Panoly Resort .
NOTE: Recently (as of mid-2006) there have been reports of armed guards denying visitors access to some of Boracay's outlying beaches. Punta Bunga Beach has been specifically mentioned. In that regard, this document might be of interest.
